We have a minimum of 5 children for birthday party bookings. You can still book with fewer, but the minimum charge will apply.

Most parties run for around 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on how quickly the group bowls and how long you stay in the party area afterward.

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early so your guests can get ready and the party starts on time.

We’ve got the basics covered — plates, cups, napkins, cutlery, and a cake knife. You're welcome to bring themed tableware if you'd like to match your party’s look.

Yes — all guests must wear socks while bowling. If anyone forgets, we have spares available for purchase.

You’re welcome to bring your own birthday cake, and we can store it in the fridge, freezer, or dry storage until you're ready to serve. We also offer a delicious ice cream cake as an optional add-on — just let us know when booking.

If anyone attending has dietary requirements, please contact us before the party to discuss options.

Yes! You're welcome to bring small, freestanding decorations (like balloons on weights or table decor). We just ask that you avoid confetti, wall stick-ons, party poppers, and anything messy or difficult to clean.

No stress — we don’t require a deposit or upfront payment. We’ll simply confirm the number of children attending on the day and adjust the final price accordingly.

Yes — party bags are available to purchase as an add-on. You’re also welcome to bring your own.

Our packages are based on the number of children attending. Adults and other guests who aren't eating are welcome to attend at no charge.

Your host will keep the party running smoothly — helping with bowling, organising the kids, and coordinating food. One parent or guardian must stay to supervise.

Your group will have exclusive use of your allocated bowling lanes and party area. Other areas like the arcade remain open to the public.

Nope — we’re pretty flexible. We’ll send you a reminder text a couple of days before your party as a friendly check-in.

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to make it work, but we can’t guarantee the full party experience if your group doesn’t arrive on time.
