On average it takes 10 minutes to complete a game of bowling for each person. For a lane of 5-6 people, it would take roughly 45 minutes to 1 hour.
To qualify for our group pricing a minimum of 10 bowlers is required. If your group is under 10 people, please see our Pricing & Specials page for our regular pricing.
We are normally pretty flexible for small - medium size groups and frequently have availability on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. We suggest giving us a 2 week heads up if your group is over 20 or if you are booking a Full Venue Hire. We will work with you to try and book you in for your preferred date and time. In some instances we may be able to open earlier or close later for big groups.
We will always do our best to keep groups together, however, lane breakdowns may happen resulting in some lanes being moved. We try to avoid this as much as we can and will work with your group for solutions if this does happen.
We have very flexible payment options for groups, including cash, credit/debit card and invoicing. We do not ask for deposits on group bookings other than for Full Venue Hire bookings which are subjective to a 50% deposit at least 7 day before the booking date. When we book in your event we will ask you about how you will make payment for your booking. We can also split up payments for groups that want to pay individually. We can also assist with running a bar tab at the Snack Bar, with or without a limit. Invoices are available to groups and must be paid within 7 days of the event.
We don't allow outside alcohol for any of our event types and all alcohol must be purchased at the Snack Bar. Outside food/catering is only permitted for Full Venue Hire bookings and is not permitted for other booking types. We’ve turned off online bookings for now. They ended up being too costly to run and weren’t the best option for us at the moment.
But don’t worry, booking is still super easy! If you’d like to bowl soon, the best way is to give us a call on (03) 5234 1500. Walk-ins are welcome 99% of the time, but a quick call means you won’t miss out.
